I really loved the spa massages offered, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was that I couldn't switch to twin beds, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

Just an excellent fit for a mini-vacation in Tokyo with outstanding value. The concierge on the ground floor was very helpful, making our stay easier. It's best to choose the newly renovated rooms for more space.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We visited the bustling Kabukichō and took a day trip to Lake Kawaguchi. The location is great for shopping and restaurants. The staff is super helpful. Loved that we could buy underground tickets right at the front desk!
Check-in took longer than expected, which was frustrating after a long journey.

Would come again
The room was on the 22nd floor, very quiet, and had air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a bidet. The staff were super helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast options were disappointing though, not worth it since so many cafes are nearby. Location is perfect with restaurants and shops all around.
